Please help!

Ive sent a complaint since the last update needing my info. My problem is the app crashes. It starts to open the goes away. Please help. My wedding is next month I need to know where Im at and this was my go to app ALL MY INFO IS ON THIS APP!!!

Oh my god I wasnt having an issue now all of a sudden you guys do this update and now I cant even open the APP.
I have to have this information!!! Oh my god!!!!!
