Scratched, you better reduce price then free unusable

Just updated to 5.1 version, everytime I try to configure ma OneDrive account I get a crash I bought the upgrade option from in-app store from Standard version.

For a while now ACCENTED LETTERS DONT MATCH THE FONT: they all one fat bold font (Ariel?) Please fix this. Ive been using DTG for years and like it very much. Wish I could justify $16.99 for the premium version. I wish it would make it clear if the premium allows you to sync docs betw devices, which is always helpful. Going to cloud-based saving is a step down from having the files handy right on your device

Ive been using docs to go for years and Ive always loved it, but I recently noticed that when they released this new "premium" app my app was downgraded to the free app. I purchased my app a long time ago and I think it was $5-7 when I purchased it. Instead of making that the premium app and also releasing a free version, the longtime customers get the shaft! I couldnt sworn that I used to be able to do presentations as well and one day it just got downgraded to the free app so I can only do word and excel files. And this app also needs a print option. You have to email the file to yourself and then open it up in your email in order to print.

This was a free app until an update came along and I couldnt sync my device. Try to update, installing the "Docs to go Free" and now I have to pay just to sync my device...that defeats the point of downloading the FREE app. Just another way to screw customers over.

Look, i realize you need to make money but "store" abd "other apps" should be buried at the bottom of your app settings. both "store" abd "other apps" are work flow options and get in the way. as such, im rating this app two stars. you interupt my work flow, my rating will reflect that.

I now hate this app, because when I bought it, it did not have ads. I deserve a refund, if you are going to make it a free version. And when I am working with it; there are a lot of bugs in it: like when I am uploading a file from my email, it doesnt show the whole page. I am not getting rid of this stupid time waster!!!!

I love this app. Ive been using it since I had a Palm Pilot many years ago. I love most that I can sync with my PC through my private wifi. I do not want to use a cloud service. Today I discovered that I can do a multilevel sort in the spreadsheets, that wasnt there the last time I looked & I needed it badly. Yay! The big issue I have with this app is the lag time to open it and files. I dont have many files, just 11. They arent very big files. I dont understand why there is such a lag. It keeps me from making this my go-to app.

I actually purchased this app and they wont let me leave a review. I have always had one problem or another with this app the latest being I received error messages when trying to sync a new phone from my old account. Dont waste your money and pay for it.

IPhone 5, iOS 10.0.1 After upgrading to iOS 10, app frequently asks me for in-app purchases (access to cloud services). I reenter iTunes password and purchases are restored well, but with previous versions of iOS this never happened. In some cases Ive lost local files.

I have been a docs to go user since I had it on my palm visor. Never had a problem till now. Need ios 10 update please.

I have been using Docs To Go for several years without until all my files disappeared this morning. Help needed.

After upgrading my iPhone to IOS 10, DocsToGo fails to sync properly. It repeatedly forgets the sync setting. Then when I re-pair it with my desktop Mac as instructed by DataViz, it creates duplicates of every file.

I just updated and found that after I open one of my Excel files, then close the app, if I reopen the app it doesnt show all of my files anymore! It goes right back into the Excel file. Another bug is that in the Excel file there is NO way of closing out the file other than pressing the Home button on my iPhone and "flicking" the app closed! DO NOT UPDATE THIS APP!!

After the ios10 update and your subsequent updates every single file I had saved is GONE! This is unacceptable. I hope you are working around the clock to fix this huge problem.

This app has always presented problems for me since the beginning with my first iPad. Spend $$$ for the first version. Since moved on to superior apps....dont frustrate yourself....not worth a free download.

I followed the online instructions for getting all my missing files back. Interestingly you can get them in hidden files but you cannot batch save them back to your phone or iPad...you have to open each file and save as...unless of course you have paid for enough Cloud storage. Still cant batch it so its on my device. So many people will have to buy more Cloud storage. Bravo Docs to Go and/or Apple, you win this round.

Ive sent a complaint since the last update needing my info. My problem is the app crashes. It starts to open the goes away. Please help. My wedding is next month I need to know where Im at and this was my go to app ALL MY INFO IS ON THIS APP!!! Oh my god I wasnt having an issue now all of a sudden you guys do this update and now I cant even open the APP. I have to have this information!!! Oh my god!!!!!

App crashes every time I try to open it. I see the hole screen and crash. Thanks for taking all my files away!
